I. Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all transactions, quotations, and services provided by Vsors Technologies India Private Limited, a corporate gifting company registered in India, having its principal place of business at Rukmini House, Chinchwade Colony no 1, Datta Mandir Road, Walhekarwadi, Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra 411033, INDIA(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By engaging with us—whether through our website, email, phone, or in-person—for the purchase of gifting products or services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
We specialize in sourcing, customizing, packaging, and delivering corporate gifts for businesses and institutions. Services may include:
- Customised product sourcing
- Branding & packaging
- Bulk order fulfilment
- Delivery logistics (domestic and international)
2. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 7–15 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable GST, shipping, and handling charges unless specified.
- Prices may vary based on order volume, product availability, customization, or changes in raw material costs.
3. Orders & Confirmations
- Orders are confirmed only upon written confirmation (email or signed document) and receipt of advance payment, unless agreed otherwise.
- Any changes post-confirmation may affect cost and delivery timelines.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in case of unavailability, pricing errors, or breach of terms.
4. Payment Terms
- Standard payment terms: 50% advance, balance before dispatch.
- Custom terms may be extended based on volume and client relationship, subject to management approval.
- Accepted payment methods: NEFT/RTGS, UPI, Cheque (subject to clearance).
- Late payments may attract interest @ 1.5% per month and may lead to suspension of further services.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, especially for customized or branded products.
- Refunds are not applicable for personalised items unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
- In case of non-customised orders, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur restocking charges.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Delays caused by third-party logistics, customs (for international orders), or force majeure events are not within our control.
- Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, content, and branding created by us (including logos, packaging, product mock-ups) remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred.
- Client-provided logos or trademarks are used strictly for the purpose of gift customization, with the client’s consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to loss of goodwill, business interruptions, or missed opportunities due to delays or product issues.
9. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information, client lists, and product details shared during the course of engagement.
- NDAs can be signed upon request for enterprise clients.
10. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of any dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual negotiation.
- Failing which, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India, and governed by Indian laws.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, strikes, supply chain disruption, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

III. Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time
- Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and order finalization.
- Custom/Branded Orders: Orders requiring personalization, bulk handling, or branding may require 7–14 business days or even more for processing, depending on volume and complexity.
- You will be notified of estimated production times at the time of order confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

IV. Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
Due to the customized and bulk nature of corporate gifting, most of our products are non-returnable. However, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery.
- Non-Customized Items: Only non-customized, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return.

2. Refunds
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided production has not begun. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after customization or fulfilment has started.
- Product Unavailability: If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Please note: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a new item at no extra cost after verifying the issue.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., gourmet hampers)
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items returned without prior authorization
